Service Description

Places are limited to 10 per session. £35 per person for three sessions, or £75 for a family group (maximum of 4). Full payment is required at time of booking your first session. All Taster Sessions must me taken up within a period of 3 months from the date of your first taster sessions. You will take your 2nd & 3rd sessions on a Saturday or Sunday morning at 10am. All equipment is provided. Recommended Clothing: - leggings, track suit trousers. No jeans - t-shirt or long sleeve top, layered if cold, - trainers or water shoes. No flip-flops. No boots - synthetic clothing is best You may also wish to bring a hat with you and lightweight waterproof if it is raining.
